Ingredients of Salmon Salad

  1. You need 1/3 cup of Red pepper, diced.
  2. Prepare 1/3 cup of Cucumber, diced.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Red onion, diced.
  4. Prepare 1/3 cup of Shredded carrots.
  5. It’s 1 large of Hard boiled egg, Peeled and crushed.
  6. You need 4 oz of Salmon filet (cooked).
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Mayonnaise (or miracle whip).
  8. It’s 1 of Lemon juice.
  9. Prepare 1 of Salt and pepper.
  10. You need 1 dash of Cayenne pepper seasoning.

Salmon Salad step by step

  1. Cook salmon as directed on package. Flake pieces and let it cool..
  2. In a large bowl, combine red peppers, cucumbers, onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add a dash of cayenne pepper if desired..
  3. Add cooked salmon and crushed boiled egg to bowl and mix gently. Add lemon juice to taste..
