  2. Prepare 2 of garlic cloves (crushed).
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  4. Prepare 1 medium of Onion (finely chopped).
  5. You need 2 of bay leaves.
  6. It’s 1 1/4 cup of white wine.
  7. You need 1 1/4 cup of single cream.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of (finely chopped) flat leaf parsley/ + extra for sprinkling.

  1. Place saucepan on a medium heat with the olive oil..
