Ingredients of Prawns Biryani

  1. It’s 1 glass of rice.
  2. It’s 2 glass of water.
  3. It’s 1/2 kg of prawns.
  4. It’s 2 of onions.
  5. It’s 1 of tomato.
  6. It’s 4 of green chillies.
  7. It’s 3 of garlic.
  8. It’s 1/2 inch of ginger.
  9. You need 2 cup of Coriander leaves.

Prawns Biryani step by step

  1. Take rice and soak it for at least 20 min.
  2. Grind onions,tomato,green chillies,garlic,ginger,black pepper,1 cup coriander into a fine paste….
  3. Take a cooker add oil and above prepared green paste. Let it fry for few minute till oil is seen. Add prawns, salt to taste, garam masala and fry for few minutes..
  4. Add rice, water, some coriander leaves and close the cooker lid and cook till 3 whistle..
