  5. Prepare 1 of Microwaveable Brown Rice Either Way 2 Cups.
  6. It’s 1 of Shreded Mozarella Cheese or Cheddar.

Roasted Green Peppers with Tuna & Brown Rice step by step

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°.
  2. Take Green Peppers wash them & cut off the tops.
  3. Scoop out seeds and wash it again.
  4. Take Cooked Brown Rice & Scoop it into bottom of Green Pepper.
  5. Take Tuna with Onions and Scoop that into Green Pepper.
  6. Add Cheese at the Top either Shreded Cheddar or Mozzarella.
  7. Put Peppers in the Oven.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes.
