- Boil water in a pot,wash rice well,add to boiling water,when water is almost dry,remove from heat,strain,rinse properly, set aside, heat up water,same level as rice,add salt,boil,when boiling, add rice,cook till soft,set aside,heat up oil,add onions,garlic and ginger,stir fry in medium heat for 1min,add tomato puree and others,stir fry till almost dry,taste to adjust, with salt,remove from heat,serve with rice and. garnish with egg,enjoy….
