Ingredients of Atta Sauce

  1. You need of Veg oil.
  2. Prepare of medium size Smoked Mackerel aka Titus.
  3. It’s of crayfish.
  4. It’s of dry prawns.
  5. Prepare of hard boiled Eggs.
  6. You need of large onion chopped.
  7. You need of fresh tomatoes diced.
  8. It’s of tatashe diced.
  9. It’s of fresh habanero pepper diced.
  10. You need of stock cubes.
  11. Prepare of Salt.
  12. You need of scent leaf.

Atta Sauce instructions

  1. Debone smoked fish and set every ingredients aside.
  2. Heat up oil and once it’s hot, add smoked fish and fry till it’s golden brown.
  3. Add crayfish and dry prawns and stir continuously for 2 mins; add boiled eggs and stir for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add diced onion and the tomatoes, pepper and tatashe mix, do not stir, just cover the pot and allow it cook for about 5 minutes.
